Experience an educational chocolate tasting experience, including the origins of chocolate, the bean to bar process and chocolate tempering. Including a tasting of six different chocolate varieties and an Atelier Bon Bon.
Join Molly for a chocolate tasting experience, learning an in depth knowledge of all aspects of chocolate. This includes a history of chocolate to being the well loved confectionary we all love today, the process of making chocolate and all about tempering. This is a great introductory workshop for the curious minds that like to ask questions, try new things and love learning.

The workshop will involve an informative and interactive presentation, learning about the origins of chocolate from bean to bar, including a chocolate tasting with six different varieties of chocolate.
The workshop duration will be 1 hours taught by founder and chocolatier Molly.
This workshop is great for creatives and chocolate lovers alike, who are looking to learn more about chocolate or want to learn more about chocolate. This is a workshop suitable to join with friends and family.
Things to note
- This Class it suitable for beginners to chocolate making.
- Workshops are of 8 people minimum and 20 people maximum
- Please wear comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting chocolate on (Chocolate can be messy)
- All resources will be provided, please just bring yourself.
- This class is suitable for those 8 or over.
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

There is currently an ongoing global cocoa shortage.
However, we remain dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of quality and flavour.
We continue to use Luker chocolate, a family run, B-corp certified company producing delicious couverture chocolate.
Like Atelier, Luker are committed to sustainably sourced cocoa, as well as using business as a force for good.
