Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Since chocolates are perishable items we can only issue refunds for orders that arrive broken. Unwanted items or items ordered in error will not qualify for compensation.
In the instance of chocolates arriving damaged or if you are not entirely happy, we will require photographic evidence of the damage to the outer postal box and of the damage to the actual product. This must be sent to info@atelierchocolates.com within 24 hours of receiving the order. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds & replacements are offered entirely at our discretion, and we reserve the right to issue them in any way we deem appropriate.
