You cannot offer Atelier products for re-sale whether branded as Atelier Chocolates, white labelled, or for sale individually without our consent or unless we have a prior agreement in place. Please get in contact at info@atelierchocolates.com if you wish to use our chocolates in your business.

Content of the online offer

Atelier accepts no liability whatsoever for the up-to-date nature or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against Atelier for damages of a material or ideal nature, resulting from the use or non-use of the information offered or the use of incorrect and incomplete information, are excluded on principle insofar as there is no demonstrably deliberate or grossly negligent fault on the part of Atelier. All offers are subject to change and non-binding. Atelier expressly reserves the right to alter, add to or delete parts of the website or the entire offer without special notice, or to cease publication either temporarily or permanently.
