We have eliminated all plastic from both the chocolate box and shipping packaging making your indulgence entirely compostable and recyclable.
We source our chocolate from Cocoa Horizons certified suppliers. This certification ensures that your chocolates support cocoa-farming communities by improving farmer livelihoods, eradicating child labour, and eliminating deforestation.
Shipping information
Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Once your artisan box is hand-packed, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please ensure you have a safe space for your parcel to be left or someone to receive the parcel to avoid heat exposure.
Storage instructions
Store your chocolates in a cool (12°C - 18°C / 54°F - 65°F), dry place.
We recommend avoiding refrigeration. Temperature changes can cause "blooming" (white streaks). If you must refrigerate, seal the box in an airtight container and allow it to reach room temperature for at least an hour before opening. Please note: As our chocolates are made without preservatives, should the chocolates not be kept in the conditions stated above, the shelf life could be considerably shorter than stated.

Returns & cancellations
As each Atelier Chocolate Box is hand-packed to order just for you, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns once an order has been placed. Please double-check your flavour selections before finalising your purchase. Of course, if your order arrives damaged or isn't quite right, please contact us immediately so we can address it for you.
