Chocolate Truffle Making Workshop

A hands-on chocolate making workshop focused on tasting, technique and finish.
The experience begins with a guided tasting of six different chocolates, exploring flavour, percentage and origin. Guests are introduced to how chocolate behaves, how to recognise quality and what makes one chocolate taste so different from another.
You’ll then fill your truffles from a variety of fillings including ganaches, caramels and pate de fruits. Learn how to temper chocolate using the seeding method, understanding temperature, texture and shine. Once the chocolate is ready, you’ll dip your truffles, finishing each one with carefully chosen toppings and decorations.
The workshop is relaxed, generous and skill-led, offering a deeper understanding of chocolate making while still being sociable and enjoyable.

Duration: approx. 1.5–2 hours
Location: Please note: ALL our workshops are 'pop-up' in style. This means we come to a location of your choosing with everything required for a fantastic experience. Please ensure you specify the address for the workshop upon booking. We do require any allergens or dietary requirements to be known upon booking.

There is currently an ongoing global cocoa shortage.
However, we remain dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of quality and flavour.
We continue to use Luker chocolate, a family run, B-corp certified company producing delicious couverture chocolate.
Like Atelier, Luker are committed to sustainably sourced cocoa, as well as using business as a force for good.
